Based at our office in Hobart and reporting to the State Survey Manager, the pivotal role of Project Administrator is primarily responsible for providing high level administration support in the area of Project Management.
The role will include but is not limited to:
- Liaising with clients
- HSEQ legislation and internal system compliance
- Completing project documentation
- Provide operational support to the State Survey Manager by way of assisting with resource planning, high level project management administration and staff scheduling and;
- Adhere to the Company's safety processes and procedures
To be successful in the role you will have demonstrated high level organisation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, previous project administration or high level administration experience.
It is desirable but not necessary if the successful candidate possesses some knowledge of the survey, planning or engineering industries.
