Cafe, Newell Street, Bungalow
This project saw the introduction of a small cafe into a previous showroom. This code assessable application was approved with a deficit in council car parking requirement. The Cafe provides customers with 4 rear car parking spaces. We successfully argued that car parking spaces were available on street. With the majority of customers walking from local businesses. The Cafe is located in Bungalow which is undergoing a period of gentrification with business re-locating from the city to larger and more affordable tenancies.
