Adam Lamond, Managing Director
Adam Lamond has over 20 years’ commercial experience with particular expertise in construction and infrastructure activities across Australia.
Mr Lamond founded Ocean to Outback Electrical (OTOE) in 2003, a WA-based contracting business servicing the mining industry and the forerunner to Veris Limited. Mr Lamond engineered a reverse takeover of ASX listed company Emerson Stewart Group in 2011 resulting in the listing of Ocean to Outback Contracting (OTOC) Limited.
Mr Lamond held the position of Chief Executive Officer of OTOC Limited from 2011 to 2014. Mr Lamond then held the position of Executive Director - Business Development from 2014 to 2017, after which time he was appointed Managing Director of the newly branded Veris Limited.
Mr Lamond has overseen the implementation of a national operating model which has involved transitioning and integrating all businesses into one entity and continues to build a cohesive brand and culture.
In his role of Managing Director, Mr Lamond leads the evolution of the professional services, surveying and 3D spatial and technologies businesses in continued growth across the infrastructure, property and resource markets throughout Australia.
Lisa Wynne, Company Secretary and Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Ms Lisa Wynne is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with significant experience across the commercial sector with particular experience in the finance, accounting, corporate services, urban planning and resources industries across ASX and TSX listed companies. Former owner of a consulting company, for 11 years, Ms Wynne provided corporate and financial services to public companies and held the role of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of a number of ASX listed companies. She has assumed the title of Chief Financial Officer in an interim capacity.
Brian Elton, Executive Director Veris and Founder Elton Consulting
Mr Brian Elton has over 40 years of experience in urban and regional planning in the UK and Australia focussing on urban strategy, urban policy and governance and the delivery of major projects. Mr Elton has expertise in the areas of strategic communications and engagement, housing, social planning and is a highly regarded strategic advisor to public and private sectors organisations and to not-for-profit groups. Mr Elton has held senior executive positions in local and State Government and founded Elton Consulting in 1989.Mr Elton was appointed Executive Director on 29 March 2018, when Elton Consulting Pty Ltd was acquired by Veris.
Mr Elton has been involved in some of Australia’s largest urban renewal, major infrastructure and city-making projects and in ground breaking urban policy reforms. He is passionate about sustainable urbanism.
Mr Elton is a Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. His affiliations include the International Association of Public Participation, Green Building Council of Australia and the Urban Development Institute of Australia.
Kim Anson, Chief Executive, Elton Consulting
Ms Kim Anson has over 30 years’ experience in executive management, leading large and complex organisations and businesses. She has led the Elton Consulting executive and business since 2009, with significant company growth achieved. Ms Anson was also a member of the Elton board. Prior to joining Elton Consulting in 2009, Ms Anson was General Manager at Waverley and then Marrickville Council, leading organisations of over 500 diverse staff, with budgets in excess of $80 million.
Ms Anson held several senior executive state government roles including Executive Director, Policy and Strategy for the NSW Department of Housing. Earlier in her career Ms Anson worked in indigenous community development in Sydney and the Northern Territory and managed an indigenous owned business at Uluru.
Ms Anson has also provided consulting services to over 100 Elton Consulting projects, leading strategic and business planning, reform projects and complex consultation for private, state and local government clients. She continues to provide facilitation services and strategic advice on projects.
Travis Young, Chief Executive Officer - Aqura Technologies
Mr Travis Young currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for Aqura Technologies. Mr Young has over 20 years' experience in the business specialising in business management and project delivery. Mr Young was instrumental in the transformation from a private company to an ASX listed business with Veris Limited.
In his current role, Mr Young is responsible for the lead, development and execution of Aqura Technologies' long term business strategy.
Ron Pettit, Head of People and Culture
Mr Pettit is a strategic and commercially aware human resources professional who positively shapes and influences teams and cultures. He has experience in talent identification, succession planning, developing new business models and advising senior executives on strategy. He has a strong focus on continuous improvement, building teams and leadership development.
In 2012, Mr Pettit was awarded the National Human Resources Manager of the Year Award in Australia. He was also a finalist across Australasia in the APAC Conscious Business Leadership Awards in 2016 and has been a guest speaker at the HR Summit over many years.
Mr Ron Pettit has over 20 years' experience in human resource roles in the resources, mining, telecommunications, engineering and construction sectors. He currently holds the position of Head of People and Culture at Veris
Joshua Bovell, Chief Digital Officer
Mr Joshua Bovell is a results driven technology executive with over 25 years' experience leading complex information systems and communications initiatives, managing operational environments, and executing programs all with an underlying focus on business and economic value.

In his role as Chief Digital Officer, Mr Bovell is responsible to lead the digital transformation strategy to assist the delivery of the Veris business strategy for 2019 - 2024.
