Veris secures new masterplanned communities in Victoria
Veris Australia has been appointed as the preferred consultant to support the delivery of two new masterplanned communities in the fast growing north west corridor of Melbourne.
Veris will be providing a range of planning, urban design and subdivision services to the new developments, with work already commencing on the early stages of the projects.
The new developments will bring a considerable number of lots to market over the coming years.
The appointments follow the recent announcement by Veris that it has also been engaged by Parklea Developments to support the development of its exciting new masterplanned community - Ridgelea.
For Ridglea, the Veris team will be providing a range of planning, urban design, survey and subdivision services for the ultimate consolidation of the precinct in the newly-created suburb of Pakenham East, Victoria.
The appointments demonstrate the strength and track record of Veris in the delivery of greenfields residential developments.
