Key appointments to lead client focus

Veris has made two key appointments to lead its client management and approach to market in the key growth sectors of Defence and Infrastructure.

Dechlan Ellis (above left) has been announced as National Lead – Defence, and will also be assuming the role of Regional Manager – Southern.

Phil Nicholls (above right) has been announced as Client Director – NSW / ACT.

The appointments come as Veris enters an exciting period of growth for the business, underpinned by the unprecedented level of investment in a pipeline of projects in both the Defence and Infrastructure sectors.

Dechlan is a senior business leader who brings a wealth of experience in client management, regional leadership and major project delivery in engineering firms. Prior to his move to industry, Dechlan had a distinguished career as an officer in the Australian Army.

Phil brings over 30 years of experience in the transport and infrastructure sectors; providing leadership and excellence in service delivery in consultancy and for Government. He has a proven record in leadership and project delivery across a diverse range of civil engineering and planning projects primarily in Australia and the UK.
