Steve Harding appointed as Chief Financial Officer
Veris has recently announced the appointment of Steve Harding as Chief Financial Officer.
Steve takes over from Interim Chief Financial Officer Lisa Wynne, who has completed her interim role and will resume her position of Company Secretary and Head of Commercial on a part time basis.
Steve has over 25 years’ of finance and corporate advisory experience including a number of years in senior leadership roles for professional services and advisory firms.
He has a strong track record in corporate finance including significant Equity Capital Market, Mergers & Acquisition and Debt advisory experience in the small – mid-cap industrials sectors.
Most recently Steve was the Director of Corporate Finance Patersons Securities where he successfully led a number of transactions.
Steve’s extensive experience also includes Director and senior level roles at PwC, GMP Securities, Euroz Securities and KPMG.
Steve holds a Bachelor of Business and is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and Financial Services Institute of Australasia.
