Survey team delivering on construction of gas pipeline

Veris is helping our clients Kalium Lakes and Pipecraft construct a gas pipeline at the Beyondie Sulphate of Potash Project (BSOPP) in Western Australia.

Construction on the 79.4 km main gas pipeline commenced in June, and is being progressively delivered from Port Hedland. The gas pipeline, which is fully owned by Kalium Lakes, is a key enabler for the Project, supporting low ongoing operating costs.

The Beyondie Sulphate of Potash Project has the aim of producing Sulphate of Potash (SOP), a high yield, premium fertiliser, for both domestic and international markets. There is currently no SOP production in Australia.

Veris is providing surveying, drafting and GIS services for the gas pipeline.

Our scope of services includes:

  • Assist in route selection
  • Route Survey
  • Existing pipeline easement definition
  • Alignment Sheets
  • WebGIS
  • Construction Survey.

Works are well underway onsite with our survey team working on the construction presently.
