Supporting title delivery for a landmark Brunswick residential development
Veris partnered with Mirvac to deliver subdivision certification and title registration services for Prince & Parade, a premium residential development overlooking Princes Park in Brunswick.
As the project progressed towards completion, our team managed the final stages of the subdivision process through Victoria's SPEAR system, coordinating survey documentation, responding to requisitions and working closely with Mirvac, legal advisors and approval authorities to navigate a complex approval pathway and maintain momentum towards registration.
