Veris awarded contract for Granville Harbour Wind Farm

Veris Australia has been awarded a contract to provide aerial, volume and monitoring surveys to Granville Harbour Wind Farm on the west coast of Tasmania.

The $280 million, 112MW Granville Harbour Wind Farm, which is currently being built, will significantly increase the amount of clean energy available to Tasmanians and diversify the state’s energy generation mix.

Veris will be providing ortho rectified aerial photogrammetry for as-constructed information of the completed wind farm development, as well as volume surveys.

Veris will also be providing additional monitoring surveys over the next two years.

Justin Legg, State Manager for Veris in Tasmania commented:

“We’re delighted to be working on Tasmania’s newest wind farm - Granville Harbour Wind Farm, and look forward to delivering on the project.

"Our operations in Tasmania, which include offices in Hobart and Devonport, provide expert services right across Tasmania, so it’s especially pleasing to be involved in this project on the remote west coast.”
